- Catalogue of Bias — a collaborative project mapping the biases that affect health evidence and beyond.
- Codebar Oxford — free programming workshops aimed at making the tech community more diverse.
- Data Readiness and FAIRness — a research group based at the Department of Engineering Science working on data transparency, reproducibility, and scholarly publishing. The group develops and maintains FAIRsharing, an educational resource on data and metadata standards (for sharing and reporting) inter-related to repositories, knowledge bases, and data policies.
- EQUATOR Network — an international initiative based in Oxford that seeks to improve the reliability and value of published health research by promoting transparent reporting and the wider use of robust guidelines.
- IT Learning Centre — offers a wide range of Digital Skills courses for staff and students.
- NC3Rs — the UK’s National Centre for the Replacement, Refinement and Reduction of Animals in Research, with an Oxford hub providing courses and resources on robust experimental design.
- Open Access Oxford — publishes guidance on open access at Oxford, including Oxford Open Scholarship case studies.

- Research Support — outlines principles for the responsible use of research metrics in line with Oxford’s support for DORA, and provides a Research Integrity: Introductory Core Course for all disciplines.
