Martin is a trainer and consultant in data visualisation and reproducible research. He works in IT Services as a Research Tech Support specialist and is the technial lead for the Interactive Data Network (IDN). The IDN promotes and supports researchers in the development of interactive visualisations to make Open Data visible and accessible. Martin's primary tool of choice is R and Shiny.
Martin has been a helper at a few Software Carpentry courses and is looking forward to being trained as an official Carpentry instructor later in 2017.
